Notice any white mold on your blue or blue mold on your white? That’s ok!! Our cheeses are aged in the same “cave” together, and sometimes the cultures like to go join their neighbor for a plant magic party.
If you aren’t planning on consuming your cheese within a few days, we recommend that you toss your wheels and logs into the freezer. To defrost, simply place your cheese in the fridge overnight.
